Data loaded into MuGVRE is meant to be used as input for tools and visualizers integrated into the platform. Accordingly, data content is defined when this is imported via a set of metadata attributes. This way, tools and visualizers discriminate their input and output files allowing them to interoperate. Hence, coupled with the current catalog of visualizers and tools, a list of data types, file types and reference assemblies are supported in the MuGVRE.
